Have a GE Elecric Range that appeared to lose power and would not turn on in anyway after we had tripped a breaker the weak before. Oven door springs were sprung. Scott arrived early and after paying the $75 service fee went to work. Turned out the breaker for the range was off and so had no electricity. Scott got that straightened out and then went through the range and made sure everything was working. The technician claimed there is nothing wrong with my washing machine. Yet it is still dripping water out the front left side. So I'm going to have to call for another person to actually figure out what is wrong with it. Didn't even hook back up the control board, so it had no power when I went to use it.
The technician is timely, professional and personable. He could not find anything wrong but explained what to watch for if we have the issue again. We will continue using the machine and follow his advice should the issue reappear. Thank you. The questions below do not apply as this repair is part of a maintenance agreement which we are very happy with.
