Was able to fix the issue, explained everything very well, very pleased with the service.
I was pleased the repair man showed up, he was not within the time frame the ap provided but he called me to advise. He was pleasant. I had been working on my washing machine repair for a month. One guy came out, thought he fixed it. Two washes later dumped all the water on my floor. The next guys come out ran a diagnostic and said they did not have all the parts necessary to make the repair that day. The guy just took off the back of Fridge. I did research after he left and fixed myself. The gasket was clogged for defrosting.
