Kendrick was courteous and friendly. Got right to work and had it repaired quickly. He will be a good tech with Michael training him.
Tyler was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Repairman was very good. Did not like having to wait so long for repairs.
Servicemen were clean and polite. However, I do not feel they fixed my problem.
