The technician was very professional, polite, and well spoken.
I just had a Sears technician out for a leaking washer a couple of hours ago. He said it was not leaking and charged me $109.00 and left. My washer is leaking right now from the water he ran through it and I can't get in touch with the office to talk to a real person. I am livid! They want me to schedule another appointment and pay again for what wasn't fixed today.
Technician arrived on time, was very courteous. He fixed the dishwasher in about 30 minutes and it works great. Would use them again.
