Joe was knowledgeable, professional and seems a nice guy. He was here first thing too, so I wasn't waiting all day.

The technician was very professional, polite, and well spoken.
I just had a Sears technician out for a leaking washer a couple of hours ago. He said it was not leaking and charged me $109.00 and left. My washer is leaking right now from the water he ran through it and I can't get in touch with the office to talk to a real person. I am livid! They want me to schedule another appointment and pay again for what wasn't fixed today.
