Ralph has great communication skills, easy to relate to and did a GREAT job fixing our wash machine!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. I can’t say enough. It was very easy to request an appointment on the website, and there was good communication via email and text. Ralph was here twice, first to diagnose the problem, and again to install the new part. He was outstanding - Professional. Methodical. Personable. Best of all, because this is a small town, Ralph lives in my neighborhood. You do pay more for the Sears Repair reputation, but they have never let me down. Whirlpool Washer, factory part had shredded.
Nice atmosphere inside the store.
