Brand new Cafe refrigerator wouldn’t cool. Herman came and bravo… he discovered the problem and took care of it right away. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time, and was very courteous. I would use them again for service.
The technician was absolutely great. He explained everything in detail and provided the best fix for my refrigerator.
Competent and courteous. Dishwasher is fixed.
