The tech who was assigned to my claim on the dryer issues was excellent. Arrival was on time and repair was done quickly. Very professional tech probably the best one I’ve ever had service with my home warranty. Knowledgeable, professional, and respectful.

Hermon did an excellent with our gas range. A guest commented that it was not reaching the proper temperature but Herman tested the gas flame and it heated right to the temperature and kept it at the temperature for more than 15 minutes. He explained that the oven was working properly.
