Very professional. Explained what needed to be done.
Hermon did an excellent with our gas range. A guest commented that it was not reaching the proper temperature but Herman tested the gas flame and it heated right to the temperature and kept it at the temperature for more than 15 minutes. He explained that the oven was working properly.
Herman is a very nice man. Always willing to answer our questions
