John was great! Your AI answering system sucks. Want to talk to a REAL person. Was never notified of the cancellation of my 1st appointment after reconfiguring my schedule in order to be at home. I had to call AHS in order for them to contact you to let me know that you were not coming that day. Need to figure out how you are going to rectify the situation.
Jonathan installed a new part. We still have the same error code and the icemaker in the door still doesn't work. Update: we have been trying for two hours to get this resolved. All we get is an endless loop of menus and AI chat bots that are no help at all. There doesn't seem to be an option to speak to a person. Further update: received a text and an email to schedule a virtual appointment. When I clicked the link, I received an error message that it was an invalid order. What's next?
