We had two technicians come to our house one by the name of Carlos was very rude and disrespectful to my husband. The second one was not friendly, but did fix our washer. We’ve had some terrible experiences with Sears in the past and I see that there has been no improvement. They are contracted through my Home Warranty company and in the future I will make certain best years is not contacted to do any services for our family.
Issue was NOT fixed!!!!! Everything in my Freezer, once again, had to be thrown out as the problem with the Freezer apparently was NOT repaired!!!!! This was a 3rd attempt to fix the problem and then to try to reach out to a PERSON is another ISSUE!!! The scheduling is Ridiculous. The wait time is 8:00 am-5:00 pm and they showed up at 5:20 pm!!!!!
John did a great job. Fast efficient and friendly.
