Very knowledgeable worker!
We called First American Home Warranty to fix a leak on our washing machine. We paid $125 for the service call. Sears Appliance Repair was scheduled to come out between 8 AM to 5 PM so we had to make arrangements for someone to be home all day. The repair man just said that mice had chewed a hole in a hose, took a few pictures and left. He said we would need to get an appliance repair person to come out. My washer is still not working. Had to set up another service call.
Refrigerator still does not work
I have a home visit with my front load Maytag washing machine. Carlos was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him and the company. I didn’t pay anything because it’s under warranty. Thank you Carlos 😀.
