Very very poor. I got charge for a service that couldn’t be completed as the no longer can get parts. I tried to make a billing dispute but could not talk to a live Person. AI is and was of know help. I strong would never recommend sears home services.
Very good and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend him. Overall, very pleased with our experience and service.
