Our Tech Simon was excellent.
Did a very professional job
Had a service scheduled for my washer. Took the day off work and waited all day for the tech to show up. At 4:59pm I got a text saying I rescheduled my appointment for the next day, which I did not. I was unable to talk to anyone to clarify that since customer service is all done with AI now. I took a second day off work. The tech showed up and did his thing.
