I have had 2 appointments scheduled and no one has ever shown up. No telephone call nothing. I drove 5 hours from another state and wasted my entire day for nothing. Keep sending me emails and texts confirming my appt and never called or texted and my refridgerator is still broken.
Still not working water ran all over the floor and washer still not working
Technician showed up on time, had the needed parts and was very efficient!
Drain hose was leaking wanted over 300 to fix it . I declined. Tech was very nice just couldn’t justify the cost to repair when I can do it for under 20.00
