Paid $120 for someone to come out and look at and diagnose our refrigerator. He literally spent maybe 10 mins there, never inspected or looked at anything, never touched a tool. Opened the fridge and got the model number and was looking at his phone. Then said oh it's the compressor. Which is BS. A bad compressor wouldn't cause the freezer coils to freeze completely over. Very personable. Got right to task at hand and got it done !
I have had 2 appointments scheduled and no one has ever shown up. No telephone call nothing. I drove 5 hours from another state and wasted my entire day for nothing. Keep sending me emails and texts confirming my appt and never called or texted and my refridgerator is still broken Also. Why would you tell us to call a number that no one will ever answer? How do i get a real person?
