Professional and knowledgeable Washing Machine under warranty
My washing machine was still under warranty when it quit working. It took way too long to get a service person here and then he had to order a part which also took too long to arrive. When it did arrive, we still had to wait 2 weeks before the repairman came to the house. He replaced the part on Dec. 16, 2025 and my washing machine does not work as well as it did before. I need a repairman to come back and fix the washing machine or replace it, as promised in the warranty agreement.
