Both of the men that came out to fix the washer was polite and understood repair
He had great knowledge on our fridge. He let know when he was coming to get home in time. Great service.
Tech didn't fix anything. We knew what was wrong because a local tech had told us. We called. Got an appointment scheduled with Sear because the part in question was under warranty. Sears/GE came out and told us nothing was wrong, even though for 3 days, our refrigerator hadn't cooled and our freezer wouldn't freeze.
