We paid the diagnostic fee and Our issue was not addressed after explaining repeatedly. The worker said our washer is fine and tried to leave. It then messed up again and did the exact thing we explained what the issue was, so we ran back out because worker was still in driveway, only to then be told we have to create a new work order and it’ll be $500 to fix the issue, that he said previously said 5 minutes before, didn’t exist. I just got to talk to him over the phone (very nice) but my daughter was at the house and explained the issues. He was very professional and polite and got the stovetop working again. Excellent Technician and customer service! Harold was great!!
