The service technician said he was going to file a claim because he could not fix the waterline that goes into the refrigerator. He said it was too brittle. He said someone would get back to me within 3 to 5 days . 14 days later, no one has gotten back to me. I call and get the runaround. Come to find out, he didn’t submit anything so now I have to get a virtual appointment and wait and see what happens. I am really upset having to waist my time and waiting for a solution. Unbelievable!
Great customer service and very helpful
This guy spent an hour opening up my Samsung washer that wasn't draining water. Said I needed a drain pump replaced and possibly a mainboard replaced too, costing almost $700 in which I declined. I just had a Samsung repair woman who opened up my washer, found a clump of hair and fixed the problem with no part replacement needed. I just spent $129 for him to waste my time and diagnose the problem wrong.
