This guy spent an hour opening up my Samsung washer that wasn't draining water. Said I needed a drain pump replaced and possibly a mainboard replaced too, costing almost $700 in which I declined. I just had a Samsung repair woman who opened up my washer, found a clump of hair and fixed the problem with no part replacement needed. You service is no good tec never show up he call he is really rude he did not know how to talk to the customer I let lg know to and you send me a tax no body home no body show up you tec call me he can’t find the address he don’t want to listen to me and hang up on me
