Luther was a great technician after the lies was put on him from the representative call center. Luther was very kind knowledgeable. Knew his job description well. Luther was very professional. Luther energy was outstanding coming into my home..Now I need call Sear about rebursement on lost groceries.
The technician was supposed to show between 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., then I got a new mail that he was to come at 8 a.m.. the tech did not reach out to me until his past time to show. He called at 6:47 pm and told me he would be on his way.. I explained this to the tech and we had just sat down for dinner that we waited to eat, had the dogs put up. he didn't show up. They had been cooped up all day. He muttered something, then hung up.
Alex was very professional and very knowledgeable, servicing our A/C Unit.
