BEWARE!! The technician and this company are scam artists! They charged their $120 service fee two days before sending the technician out. He wasn't here long, but as he was leaving yesterday, he said he'd be back in a couple of days with the parts for the repair. Today, we got a phone call saying they closed our service request because our claim had been denied! Jacob was most excellent in all he did. Sears Home Services get a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Took 3 months to fix my cooktop. Rescheduled over 6 times. DO NOT USE SEARS HOME SERVICES, try local.
Very pleased with the service technician and luckily, he brought a heat element with him so he could replace it here. One of the most efficient and quick technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
