Adam came out to fix my Maytag washer. It wasn’t draining enough. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The part arrived fast. The only problem was the agitator would not come off.
Rude, threatening to leave, he informed me thatT there is no Communication between your company and my company who hired you the insurance company nobody is able to fix the icemaker and they want to write the machine off but GNS says that they need documentation from y’all that’s not fixable and he says he can’t do that
