Did not look at washer twice and refused to give me an estimate on what it would cost, so I could just have them fix it.

Our refrigerator door is finally fixed. Another repair company didn't get the door to close, I had to come up with a temporary way to close it. All the while, it took over a month to get someone to come to our home and repair the door. Once the appointment was made through the Sears Appliance Repair, everything was taken care of in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend Sears for repairs on appliances. I have a Home Warranty plan that covered the cost.
The first technician was super nice and called before he came. He ordered the part and and made sure it arrived in a timely manner to my house. The second technician who installed the part was friendly and super fast! He even set the ine for me!
