Both people that came to work on the frig did a great job. The first diagnosed and ordered the parts needed quickly and efficiently. The second came in and replaced the Ice maker in just a few minutes without disrupting our activities. They were AWESOME!
SUCKS! . Home Warranty plan. Maytag Refrig. Service by Sears techs. I hav free standing temp gauge in refrig. To warn me & detect trouble. Norm is 38-40. (1)Refrig. was hi @45+(meat/produce spoil fast!!!)…(2)ice in freez section..(3)the Adjust. knob for freez didn’t budge— STILL doesn’t. Tech debated if needed 1or 2 parts. Replaced ONLY one. Said it would self-thaw built up ice in freezer sect. Then would maintain ICE free Refrig/ freezer -as meant to be. LOL🤪. Ice still holding packages hostage. Refrig now 40+. Some better... read more
