Patrick was polite & explained the problem. He was knowledgeable & I give him 5 stars. Unfortunately we declined the repair based on estimate cost. It was almost 650 dollars to replace 6 hour thermostat on the fridge. The part was not in stock so refrigerator could not be fixed on same day. Price & availability of part doesn’t reflect on Patrick. We paid 150 for the service call. We did get an earlier than scheduled appointment
Quick, courteous and punctual. Was in and out in a few minutes. If I ever have any issues again I hope to deal with him.
