Technicians were wonderful, very personable and courteous. Explained what was going on with my washer while they were working on it.
Competent and very helpful.
Waited all morning for them to show up. When they did, all they did was take a picture of the backdoor and split without even knocking. They were gone before I even got their text message saying they'd arrived. They didn't call either. .... Then there is no way to talk to a real person. Horrible system and service. NEVER AGAIN!
