Technician's name I did not catch my Husband meet him, he fixed our fridge within an hour, so absolutely no complaints there! My only complaint would be with the coordination, many rescheduled appointments on Sears end. But over all very impressed. Home Depot delivered our refrigerator, all doors needed to be removed to come into home, but we're re installed improperly.
