The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He had a scheduled day to come out, but it was rescheduled as he reported no one was home. We were in fact home that day. Service visit On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Repairs cost quoted was very expensive. Chose not to repair at this time.
