Dishwasher with loose connection was leaking. Very kind and quick service!
The repair man Mike was great but the service call overall was worthless. I had already uploaded the model number and serial number just for them to come out and say parts are no longer available. That could have been determined without a service call.
Stove repair was fast and seamless...The technician was outstanding and very personable!
Came out quickly, professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the cost of the repair wasn’t worth it for an older Samsung refrigerator with the other known issues (ice maker, etc) but the technician gave advice on brands to avoid (aka frequent repairs) as well as brands they don’t see very often.
