Fast, efficient friendly and very kind
I understood the diagnostic fee of $129. He removed the back of the freezer to show me the fan was not blowing, and I asked him to change the water filter while he was here (I already had the new filter) and since I was paying the $129. He accidently broke off the handle. I already ordered another one and replaced it. Just another added cost. He told me it was cost $689 to replace the part. I looked up the part, it is under $20.
