Excellent work that Moses did
Lazaro was great. Explained what the issue was. He showed up on time.
The technician never came. He said that since my appliance has a worn out model number, he could not service it. The day before I received the text from Sears stating that the technician would call me in the morning to let me know what time he was arriving, he never did call. So I waited all day here till almost 5 o’clock for him to tell me that he cannot service me because of the missing model number.
