Lazaro was great. Explained what the issue was. He showed up on time.
The technician never came. He said that since my appliance has a worn out model number, he could not service it. The day before I received the text from Sears stating that the technician would call me in the morning to let me know what time he was arriving, he never did call. So I waited all day here till almost 5 o’clock for him to tell me that he cannot service me because of the missing model number. Does not service the Keys. Just wasted ten minutes on the phone with them. At the end I was told they don’t service the Keys! Please remove this from Google Maps!
