WARNING ⚠ NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED, NO PARTS WERE RECIEVE 90 DAY RUN AROUND AMD STILL TOOK 800 DOLLARS. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
The service is ok when you can get a service person that would have the part when they come to you. It is not good when the service person come, tell you what is wrong, try to then find and order the part and have to come back two or three week latter to put it on. That is not good, (the wait).
There is nothing good about the service representative of Sears service. They have been trying almost 2 years to repair it knowing it is not repairable. They mailed bogus parts to my house that fit nothing in my frig. There was a phone number on the box to call to return the item. But the phone number was bogus as well. Some outfit. Time to call the lawyer. Jairus M is one of the finest service men I have had the pleasure to work with. I would give him 5 stars.
