For the past four months we have filed and submitted 3 claims with our whirlpool appliances between the range and refrigerator. First our refrigerator door handle was real loosed. Anthony the technician from sears was sent out to fix it. He ordered a part which was only a screw to fixed the problem after finishing he told me it will probably worked back loosed which it is loose now. He done service on our ice maker last month. Which the complaint about the temperature control was not fixed at the time. He left without fixing... read more
Finally, we've been having an ongoing appointments for our washer to be fixed. After waiting since March 2025, driving 44 miles daily to wash,we got a technician here that completed the job. Thanks to Timothy. Unfortunately Sears is not the Sears from when I started over 50yrs ago. Sears don't take care of their customers any more. And that's a real shame, it shouldn't be about profit all the time.
Finally, Sears sent out a technician that repaired our washer after waiting since March 2025. We had to drive daily 44 miles to wash. Thanks to Timothy for coming to the rescue. Sears after over 50 years as an loyal customer, Sears treats their customers bad. All my appliances are Sears products, but Sears is about profit, not loyalty to their Customers. Shame on you Sears.
Our technician Anthony was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would love for him to serve us again in the future.
