Beware!! From the start, it was an absolute nightmare. Living in a small, rural area this was my only option who could work on a Samsung fridge. Setting up my initial appointment was so far in advance only for the first tech to tell my housemate that it was the compressor which would cost a arm and a leg, yet he never did a diagnosis check. Next available appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later and tech never called ahead and goes to the wrong house causing me to miss a days work and still no fixed fridge. I had a problem with the mother board on my washer I recommend if you buy one expect to buy a new one in twenty years as the parts are no longer available
