Don’t know if repairs are complete or not tech said to wait and see if it’s cools now could know by tomorrow afternoon, if not to call home warranty company back and have them comeback.
Repair man was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant
Service was excellent by John. My problem was dealing with AI. Repairman was suppose to show up on Monday, i waited the whole day and never did anyone show up. I couldn't even contact anyone, nor did they contact me.
Your technician never showed up for the appointment on Saturday, December 13th. Waited all day. Not even a phone call. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. You failed. No stars for you.
