Daniel was our repair technician and had our washing machine repaired in less than 1 hour. My only complaint is how the appointments are set up. It was all automated and never able to speak to a person. The appointment was automatically given with no options. I was unable to take off on such sort notice and was unable to reschedule the appointment using the website or automated call center.
