Daniel was great! Off-shore service reps are awful. Give mis-guided info AND calling someone's home before 7am is ridiculous! Asked to have repairman call before arrival...never happened. Need American service reps!!
This was the 4th time that they have came out to fix my dryer. Hopefully this time it works right
