Mr. Vicente is very, very knowledgeable of his craft through years of experience. He was detailed, straight-forward and honest about the concern(s) and issue(s) I had with my appliance that SEARS should recognize as honorable. Kudos to SEARS for hiring him and kudos to Mr. Vicente for the extended knowledge.
Kendrick came to my home on several occasions to repair my dishwasher and each time he left something else was wrong. Started with water not heating now it simply does not work at all. Contacted Sears on the issue and nothing was done.
In my opinion the tech had no intent to repair my whirlpool ref/freezer. When he arrived I showed him the broken wires at the bottom which he could have repaired on the spot in less than 45 minutes. Instead he calculated with his phone and quoted me $340. I declined and paid the $128 service charge for him to tell me what I already knew. Never again.
