Did a great job finding and explaining the problem
They were excellent
For my $129, the website says I'd get a call from the technician with a chance to show the issue. Did not happen. Tech was here a risk of about 10 minutes. Quoted a $160 Part that COULD have been ordered ahead of time was going to take 1 week for over $400 in ADDITIONAL fees for a simple plug-and play component that is a readily known issue on my Maytag... I don't mind paying a little for convenience and service... but this is highway robbery! I should have known better. Owners response was to have ME call them??? Really? Cu... read more
