My service technician James C. was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived early for the appointment and I was up and drying in record time. I would recommend him to everyone. He gets 5 stars for his work.
Excellent service, very nice, knowledgeable and efficient despite the known Samsung issues with ice makers.
Took over a month to get it fixed. Came today and said it was ready. Didn't put the agitator back one a there is no way for me to do it. Can't talk to a real person and AI doesn't care!!!
James was professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended
