Troy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. We were pleased that he was able to fix our washer with the parts he had with him. He had a trainee with him and he was very polite and seemed like he was enjoying his learning experience.
Charlie was very helpful in explaining all the pertinent information that had todo with service call.
Gene was efficient and informative. I'm very happy with his work.
