Techs were awesome. They walked me through everything I needed to know. Showed me what was wrong and helped me to get things figured out with my warranty.
Troy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. We were pleased that he was able to fix our washer with the parts he had with him. He had a trainee with him and he was very polite and seemed like he was enjoying his learning experience.
