A&E does the work for Sears, and we had a technician came out to work on our washing machine. He did an excellent job.He went the extra mile, good worker! (Twice was Keith and once was Mike) Both have good educate, and friendly) The technicians were both good but A&E needs improvement. Sears extended warranty however is inefficient. It takes a month and a half to get the work done. The application process to get the work done is ran by AI, it took me 3 hours to get through to a person.
