Justin is a nice ebough guy, but after several visits my oven is NOT fixed, in fact, it is now worse than when he started. We are now months without a working oven. It also appears as though he cancelled the service order instead of sending a more experienced technician as promised.
Carolyn was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. During her initial visit she was able to quickly identify the problem and got the parts ordered. Once parts arrived she had our freezer operational in no time!! Hate the fact that we were unable to talk to a real person! AI is horrible!!
