Terrible experience. Service man Dwayne was nice and not his fault but waited for 2 weeks for this repair and they showed up and said they don’t fix stacked washer/dryer units.
Jeremy came Monday morning found the problem and ordered the part. The part was delivered Tuesday he came back Wednesday and installed the part.
Tech was on time and professional. Was not able to fix my fridge. Wrong part and they don't weem to be able to address this problem and now tell me they can't (won't) fix it. not happy with sears.
