Absolutely the worst experience!! Technician was so rude and couldn’t figure out how to charge me for a diagnostic fee. I over paid to get him out of my house. Huge mistake, dealing with the customer service team is so redundant and they’re incapable of fixing billing issues has to all be done through email. I’ve waited over a month with my appliance still inoperable! No resolution from billing and nothing but the wait on a email response. Stay away from this company!!!
