I went ahead and rescheduled the service when Sears didn't show up the first time. They showed up this time. While trying to figure out why the water dispenser wasn't working, the technician broke the water valve behind my refrigerator. He told me I would need to call a plumber. I had to shut the water off to the house until the plumber could fix it. Then he said he believed the water filter housing was bad and it would be $650 to replace. I chose not to have him fix it. Will probably never try again. Called to get my washing machine looked at, got the most soulless sounding contracted call center rep on the phone who asked the same question like 5 times, told me I would get an email verification, and I asked "how? You haven't asked me for an email address yet?" They she told me, "well we can send a text verification instead". Long story short, I never got a text verification for my appointment, no mx rep showed up, and when we called back their was no record of our appointment.
