Will probably never try again. Called to get my washing machine looked at, got the most soulless sounding contracted call center rep on the phone who asked the same question like 5 times, told me I would get an email verification, and I asked "how? You haven't asked me for an email address yet?" They she told me, "well we can send a text verification instead". Long story short, I never got a text verification for my appointment, no mx rep showed up, and when we called back their was no record of our appointment.
The service guy was friendly and professional, he did a great job.
