I scheduled an appointment with Sears Home Advantage to repair my washer. I had already diagnosed the problem, removed the back panel, and explained to the technician that I just needed the repair done. Unfortunately, it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t even know how to drain the tub and was asking me how to drain the washer.
