Not a great experience. Tech no-showed to first appointment and I simply received an automated text AFTER he was supposed to the be there saying the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The phone number is outrageously infuriating. Zero ability to talk to an actual human and none of the options seemed to describe my situation. I added notes to the appointment (because I couldn’t talk to anyone) and my tech said “I have no idea what you are talking about….I never see the notes.” If you can’t talk to a human and tech does... read more
Honest and upfront with what the issue was
The tech diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He was able to tell me the cost of the repairs and had the parts shipped to my home. He drove thru snow blowing sideways on the scheduled night, and an hour later my 10 year old Electrolux washing machine was back in business. And HUGE plus, it hasn't run this quietly since 2018. Thank you!!
John knew right away what was wrong with our mower. It was a relatively easy fix, but he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what it was. He fixed our problems, plus was very personable. Called yesterday and today it was fixed.
