Technician was too heavy and broke my attic access ladder.
Great Service personnel
Claudio is an excellent service technician. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with ease. We are very grateful that he was assigned to assist with our repair job! This service was paid by American Home Shield. I don't know what was charged. We paid $100 for the policy deductible.
Technician was very pleasant, professional, and very courteous. He explained the situation well he even helped me level things a little bit better than they were. No complaints at all!
