Although it took awhile to have it repaired, the parts arrived about a week after the initial visit by the tech and the tech finally came on April 1, 2025 and completed the repairs. Now i am able to use the stove to bake. I thank the tech for repairing the stove. He was very courteous and did a fantastic job.
Travis did a good job in getting the washer working properly. He was courteous, polite and informative.
Rescheduled 3x. Ordered parts, waited another month to ship then install. Well after all that it's still leaking water. Take the fricken piece of junk away.
Gary is a very personable service technician with patience and skills to do his job well. He went above and beyond to help us understand what went wrong with our refrigerator and taught us what to do in the future. Thank you Sears and Gary.
