Although my job was not completed, because of a lack of parts, the service provider was courteous, arrived on time, was, professional, and Knowledgeable.
Alex did a fabulous job with our repair Alex provided expert repair service for two frigidaire washer units that had leaking systems. He is friendly, knowledgable and highly efficient. Could not ask for a better person to handle the repairs while keeping us fully informed of the progress. if 10 stars is a top he deserve 50

One of 2 diagnostic issues resolved. Still no hot water. Alexander was personable and appeared thorough but in afterthought, can you trust using a computer scan for diagnostic on a compromised computer board?
