Nathan was efficient, trustworthy and would certainly hire him again. Sears repair is difficult in dealing with them since scheduling and talking about issue is all via AI and hard to reach a real live person to let them know I was to be away part of the day during the “8-5” time window. But it worked itself out.

Not, Happy . My elderly parents waited 2 days for the repair man and he didn’t show. Whether he went to the wrong house I’m not sure. He didn’t leave a note on site
