Scott came and fixed my fridge. He seemed to know what he was doing. Nice guy. I didn’t pay anything because I had purchased the extended service and it was covered.
We will NEVER call Sears to repair anything again. We've been without our main refrigerator for NINE MONTHS! We've had Sears cancel and reschedule appointments 9 times now (including today!) and 1 no show/no call. Last, they've showed up 5 times claiming the problem was fixed. It was never fixed. Just as frustrating... I need to talk to a HUMAN BEING when I call. Instead I get AI automated answering with options that don't apply to me and with no option to talk to a person. Both technicians were great, it's the rest of the service that sucks!!! No customer service to speak of, app is impossible, texts with updated delivery dates and no way to change appointment, that makes any sense, 8am-5pm arrival window so missed days work and then don't show up with no explanations till the following morning!!! Again Tech's were great!!!
