Highly disappointed with customer service and support from Sears repair services. Was told via AI that a service tech would be out to service our washer and was given a 9 hour window when they would arrive, seriously? Was sent a text the day before service to confirm, which I did. The day of service I was txt a link to know when I could expect the techs arrival. Not only did that link not work, but the service tech never showed up. Charles, our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable on the dishwasher repair. He offered suggestions to enhance the operation of the machine. Very satisfied.
