Had service done on 4 appliances and service on one appliance...Thought it was ridiculous that service was on a Monday than same guy alone with another tech came several days later to do maintenance check...when I called I asked if it all could be done on same day so I wouldn't lose 2 days of work ..and I was told NO the tech & maintenance guys are two different people...Really....hmmmm..NOT And did I mention they sent 1 guy for the fridge and dishwasher and the "tech" guy for the washer & dryer...so I got two guys arriving ... read more

Very nice repairman showed us the problem, fixed it right away. Was late in the afternoon, but we could keep track on line about time of arrival so the whole day wasn't wasted.
Beware! We feel like somebody stole $99 and a day from us. Service appointment to get an ice maker repaired made Comcast look good. Absurd window of 8:00-5:00. (Technician arrived after 3:00) Despite having our model #s in advance, didn't have the basic part for repair. Couldn't return for at least 2 weeks! We have been Kenmore appliance owners for decades, but will NEVER use Sears repair again. Consider yourselves warned.
Sears appliance repair was handled professionally and thoroughly. Very capable technician arrived as scheduled. Sears' notification by email and telephone were also an added feature to keep me informed of updates on arrival time. Thanks!
