The process for parts and support was the worst I have experienced. Stay away! Zero US based customer support. If your inquiry does not fit nicely into the AI bot automated responses, there is nobody to talk to. Every phone number I found online, went to the same answering system AI bot. My part was cancelled by "the system" and I did not find out until the day before the install. Then the part could not be reordered because it was previously cancelled?? Very polite and professional
Never came, canceled every appointment after it was due. 3 months without a fridge, no thanks, we bought a new one.
John is a superb technician, keep him! Very helpful, clear and nice to boot. This was my annual maintenance check NOT a repair. There was no additional cost as I have a costly new extended service agreement.
He was very courteous walking me through what was wrong and immediately told me he had auto parts and Auburn while I was here and would let me know through text when the pots were audited and if it could be repaired
