Awful experience. Your technician installed new hardware but when I replicated the same malfunctions he refused to acknowledge the situation and simply walked out, leaving me with the same problem and all the e-waste and trash he left behind.
If I could, this would be a zero or negative star rating. We have been without a freezer since February. Repairs have been scheduled 14 times, but has cancelled (always at the very last minute) on 11occasions. All I know as a customer is, with this most recent visit, he has been here 3 times and we still do not have a working freezer. The repairman even told me that no one wants to come this far (it is about 75 miles from Manassas where his office is located) and he suggested that I need to move my house.
