The first time around, the service tech was rude, disrespectful and didn’t even try to look at the dishwasher. Claimed we needed to call back and tried to get our warranty voided. Second time around was way better. They helped fix the problem. They were nice and respectful and made sure to run a cycle to ensure that everything was working
