The service tech communicated well, has been to service another appliance and asked if it was working well. The gentleman was pleasant to work with during his visit.
Great job on refrigerator/ freezer repair
Terrible service, awful experience! This was a work order through Choice Home Warranty. The technician, Tariq, blatantly refused to do the work claiming that it was a plumber's job to fix a HVAC drainage issue. Then, when I pressed him, he changed his story stating that he could do the job but didn't have the materials (i.e., needed to replace a leaking PVC pipe on the unit).
