The temperature in the refrigerator portion of my appliance was running periodically higher than the set temperature. The technician who came over didn’t check anything. He told me that I needed a new compressor, which is extremely expensive, that was nothing but a guess. The service charge was outrageous expensive . A real rip off.
Technician was very knowledgeable , Was not able to fix the refrigerator as the condenser was shot, but did put me in the right direction was very helpful
Jacob the repair man with Sears is a good repair technician. He was able to fix our dryer problem quickly. Very nice to do business with explained the issue and what the total price would be. Hopefully another 11 years drying our clothes 🤷♂️
