Technician was very helpful in explaining the problem and was able to fix it quickly.
Chad was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly at original visit and once part arrived replaced without any problems. Was very professional and pleasant.

Don’t use them! They are a scam!!!! Came out and told me it was a sock stuck in the drain. Washer still wouldn’t start. Technician says he can’t do anything and I should call Maytag. Still charged me. You can’t talk to anyone in with authority or that will do anything. Literally just spent in charges, the amount a new washer would cost paying sears and Maytag. Total SCAM!!!!!
