The service was completed as planned, the communication was good, and the repair was perfect. The technician was great
I wanted a service repair. My appointment was for 9/17/25 which was cancelled the day before with a text. A new appointment was made for today 10/3/25. The service technician showed up to tell me that I needed the coolant replaced and recommended a new compressor as well for over $1800. He did not have any parts with him even though I gave all my information to “Miss AI Samantha”, model number, serial number, leaking coolant, not keeping freezing temp.
