Professional and quick to diagnose and fix
I was ready to cancel my SEARS warranty after several disappointments and scheduling setbacks. Scott came out and was on par in resolving the issue. Hats off to him. I’ll continue with Sears solely because of the service Scott provided!!!
They did finally get my dryer fixed after three visits and endless calls to their AI answering service which is one of the most frustrating experiences ever. You can NEVER get a person and so in the guy doesn’t show repeatedly, you are dealing with AI who can’t get you to a person. Frustrating!!!! I trust repair will work as one guy said a new part was needed and the next guy said no. Hopefully it works!
