Your service technician Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike listened to my description of my problem and promptly started working on the problem. He resolved the problem and keep me informed.

The service personal came in on time and conducted tests to identify the issue with the GE dryer. He noted that the motor needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing a motor was $780 as compared to the total dryer cost of $684. As I realized that it is classic ripoff, I paid the diagnostic fee of $159. I really don’t understand why Sears charge a motor that much as it actually cost less than $150 in the market. In my opinion, Sears exorbitant charges drove away their clients and ended up in their bankruptcy.
