Refrigerator did not get repaired. The Refrigerator does not get cold. The freezer side still does not freeze. The refrigerator has been out of service for months. I unplugged it because it did not work and was just running for nothing. Costing me electricity. No one told me to plug it in 48 hrs. before the tech arrived. I had a new socket installed and there is no difference in the refrigerator. It still is doing the same thing. Please send the parts to fix it and a tech to fix it.
