Nov. 27, 2024 I have a complaint against Johnny , the technician you sent here today to fix my LG dishwasher from Lowes. He replaced the spray arm like he should have done. I had a broken, but functioning bottom rack that had wire around the connecting piece. He disconnected the wire and took apart the pieces and said the former repairman Brent from Sears Home Services ordered the wrong parts to fix the rack. We had a repair quote done on our refrigerator in July of 2024. We decided to move ahead with the repair. The "technician" said that he would call to schedule a time for repair when the part came in. After a four month wait with no contact, we assumed we had been forgotten about. In November 2024, we received a large bill in the mail when NO repair had been done, and furthermore, no call or attempt to reach us had ever been made.
