Refrigerator did not get repaired. The Refrigerator does not get cold. The freezer side still does not freeze. The refrigerator has been out of service for months. I unplugged it because it did not work and was just running for nothing. Costing me electricity. No one told me to plug it in 48 hrs. before the tech arrived. Been waiting on someone to show up since June 27th have made four appointments wait all day long no-show. seriously, need to close Sears down. Very disappointed!
