Part was over priced same part on e bay $50:00 . Service man missed a screw and didn't push it all the way back .
Can't speak to a human so went online to schedule an appointment. No time window to select. So apparently you must be available from 8am-5pm. Seriously?
I had an appointment today to repair my stove. After waiting a week for my appointment and confirming my appointment 4 separate times, they canceled my appointment 4 hours into the appointment time window. I will now need to take another day off of work and hope they show up to complete the repair this time. It is impossible to get ahold of a person. All phone numbers send you to an AI phone menu.
