Tech is good. Overall response is poor. Problem been ongoing for several months.
I’m not really rating the repairman, we now have a running refrigerator. The main problem is that we went 38 days without a refrigerator. Appointments were cancelled around 7 times and spread out over time. If I had a job, it wouldn’t have happened. Sitting and waiting sometimes 8 hours to then get a cancellation text and having to wait 4-8 days for the next appointment is ridiculous. We will not be purchasing anymore LG appliances. Have taken three vacation days so far to have my dishwasher repaired now the technician canceled today have called their number several times can’t get a live persons. Horrible!!!!!!!!!’ Pay for a warranty and this is a service you get.
Had a LG fridge that needed fixed, appointment was scheduled through LG for warranty work. 1st appointment tech showed up with no components to fix the fridge, ordered them to my house, then missed the next 3 scheduled appointments for the repairs to be made!!
The tech took paperwork from my home that wasn’t there. And of course there is no one to talk too to file a complaint. Stay away from these people that hold you hostage and you can’t talk to a real human
