I’m not really rating the repairman, we now have a running refrigerator. The main problem is that we went 38 days without a refrigerator. Appointments were cancelled around 7 times and spread out over time. If I had a job, it wouldn’t have happened. Sitting and waiting sometimes 8 hours to then get a cancellation text and having to wait 4-8 days for the next appointment is ridiculous. We will not be purchasing anymore LG appliances.
