Repair guy couldn't diagnose my dryer n still charged me 129.00 dollars. They said I could get different repair guy to look at it n not be charged but when he called at 415pm n said he was 40 minutes away when the window was 8am-5pm he told me it would cost 120.00 dollars again if I didn't fix it. Also said it would probably cost between 6 or 7 hundred to fix n then he asked if I would like to cancel. I told him I could buy another dryer for that. Both repair guys were from Eldridge. Very polite. Very satisfied
Very incompetent worker! Didn't shut the water off first, yet then said I had a leak. Didn't know how to replace a part and stepped outside to make a phone call to ask someone. And then accused me of steeling his phone! Didn't even check to see if it was working. He just left. Didn't put the back panel on my fridge on correctly. And now my fridge is more broke than it was when I called to get it repaired
