We tried to call these people all day and could not get thru their endless phone tree. They only have an AI voice that sets up appointments. No way to talk to a person! Stay away from SEARS. no wonder they went out of business in most of the country.
The worst ever!!! we have a freezer and refrigerator that is not working.. food is thawing and you cant even speak to a human being!! Just an artificial intelligence voice.. Just UNREAL!! ill never call SEARS for anything again and NEVER buy a another appliance... what a joke!!! Hope you go BK!
