Timely and very amiable...explained everything well
The technician was very helpful.
Chad arrived as schedule and provided a quick diagnosis and estimate on an old Kenmore refrigerator.
Unable to repair, couldn't get parts. After he left I changed the setting from what it was on and it's working again. Cost me $139.00 for nothing. I will be getting a new set but nit Whirlpool.
Repairman on time, knowledgeable, and fast in understanding and fixing our problem. He had the needed part in his truck.
