Excellent, honest and fair.
The service technician out and out lied!!!!!! Never showed, never called - did nothing!!!!!! Yet he claims he showed and fixed a unit. Not ours. He never arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sat on front porch for 9 hours waiting, he never arrived!!!! AI no help, told me to call. I called. Told because technician closed out as completed cannot send anyone else. I need to start over and make a new claim. Very NOT customer friendly, Not helpful. No one cares about service at this company
