They ( had a very diligent trainee with) cleaned and checked all the important places. He answered all my questions. Worked on the door switch and said report if it fails again .
We have had an excellent experience with Sears Home Services. The communication has been awesome, the technicians have been kind, professional & excellent with their knowledge.
Kid was late and misdiagnosed problem and can’t talk with human now and AI service robot has no record of our botched repair attempt. Steer clear of Sears Appliance Repair.
