Nice people but they price gouge. Parts cost $50 on Amazon and they wanted $1,200 I told them be fair and do it for $600 but no they wanted a $125 to come out 15 minutes and tell me my oven thermostat and element would cost me $1200 and a new unit only cost me $2,100. This is not a good service
It was horrible, bad communication timely ness was terrible and the PRICE for twenty minutes of work. I should have bought a new washer.
The technician was very nice very knowledgeable and helpful
