DO NOT USE Sears Home Services! They failed to repair my appliance then caused more damage to it. Made me pay up front for parts & service but have refused to refund my money. It has been 4 months and I am still trying to get my non-repair refunded. (Refund is through a foreign calling center and not through Jasper, Tx)
Tony was A++++++++ I mean Excellent! Personable - found problem quickly, ordered parts and was in and out quickly! Highly recommend!
