I called on August 18th because my refrigerator stopped working. The earliest appointment I could get was Sept 11. I thought it was a long time to be without a refrigerator but what else could I do. I took off work and waited all day because my appointment was for 8 to 5, at 4:41 I received a text that my appointment was being rescheduled to October 9th, almost another month.
