Sears Master Protection Plan is a Joke!! You Pay Premium price for a service that is too slow, we have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. Phone service is a joke, people just don't care, A&E technicians are excellent but getting them there is a terrible experience. If I called Sears service I could have a technician out the next day if I was paying for it, Master Protection Plan took 3 weeks save your money........
