The technicians were wonderful once they arrived. The low score is due to the fact that it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone, or even in the “live chat”. These appointments are scheduled using AI, and since our warrantee repair required multiple trips, it was a nightmare that took 3 months and 5 days of missed work to finally resolve.
