Chad was outstanding, and knew his stuff. Unfortunately, the cost of the really needed repair for a simple nylon washer for the freezer hinge would’ve been way out of my price range at over $500 between the part and another service call and his labor. I buy all GE for my house appliances and this refrigerator is maybe just over a year in service. The service and advice that Chad gave again I say was fantastic! He was very nice, for the price all he did was take off the back and used a steam machine on the line to unplug the ice.
Very pleasant. Fix problem and gave me instructions on what to do if it happens again.
Chad fixed two of our appliances, was very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate his hard work, especially since he is the only Sears repairman in our area. Thanks so much!
The tech was great did a good job. He quoted me approx $358.00 before he started. Then when I went to pay the cost was $550.00. He asked me what do you want to do I needed the dryer fixed so I payed the 550.
